SW Reconcyl, version 1.4i

With this side-by-side view of files you can quickly see which files match name, date/time, and size. Synchronize (aka reconcile) two directories on your hard disk(s) or floppies. Quickly & easily copy and move file or group of files between the "active" directories; change one or both directories being examined (eg: browse the disk); delete, rename and touch a file or group of files; rename directories; automatically reconcile the directories based on the file's date/time plus other helpful functions.

The DOS version has been available for some time, and Win3.1x/95/NT versions are under construction.
